"Customer service is most certainly a priority. There was some delay in getting a part for my car and they proactively kept me informed regularly of the status. In any event they had a loaner for me so it wasn't an issue. Russ, John and the rest of the front office crew were great to deal with. The work was completed as quickly as they could and my car runs great. Will continue using them for all car repairs. "
